Refund Policy

A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is due at the time of signing my service agreement to reserve my services. The remaining 50% balance is due by 37 weeks gestational age.
 

Unexpected Circumstances and Termination of Services: 
 

1. The Client may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. The retainer fee is non-refundable, and additional refunds are at the discretion of the Doula based on services already rendered. 

2. The Doula may terminate the agreement in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the Client's behavior makes the work environment unsafe. A prorated refund will be provided if services have not been fully rendered.

3. In the case of miscarriage or stillbirth, all payments will be fully refunded.

4. If you have a premature birth, any remaining balance payments are due within seven days of your birth.

5. If my failure to attend your birth is due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, your failure to contact me, or you do not contact me in time to arrive at the birth, no refund is given.

6. If my failure to attend your birth is due to my error, I will refund the Birth Support Services fee, unless a back up doula has been arranged for you. You will have been made aware of my prescheduled family commitments and/or travel around your birthing time.
